Kellogg welcomes Jacqueline de Rojas as Bletchley Park Fellow
Kellogg College is delighted to welcome Jacqueline de Rojas CBE to its Fellowship as our new Bletchley Park Fellow. Jacqueline became Chair of the Board of Trustees for Bletchley Park in October 2024 – the first woman ever appointed to this prestigious role.
Jacqueline is a leading figure in the technology sector, with a distinguished career spanning software, digital innovation and tech leadership. She is a prominent advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has advised both industry and government on digital transformation and navigating technological change.
Kellogg’s longstanding partnership with Bletchley Park is a unique and valued connection that brings together the history of Allied codebreaking with the cutting-edge research of our academic community. Widely recognised as the birthplace of computing, Bletchley Park’s legacy continues to resonate through many different areas of research undertaken by Kellogg’s students and Fellows today.
Our partnership with Bletchley Park is marked each year with events that highlight the lasting significance of its wartime work and the vital role it played in shaping the digital world. Jacqueline’s election to the Kellogg Fellowship deepens this partnership and brings new opportunities for connection between the worlds of heritage, innovation and education.
Professor Jonathan Michie, President of Kellogg College, said:
“We are thrilled to welcome Jacqueline de Rojas to our Fellowship. Her experience and leadership in the digital and technology sectors make her a fitting Bletchley Park Fellow, and I look forward to welcoming her to Kellogg for our first event together during Bletchley Park Week early next year.”
